5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

5.4 Manifest Error

Where xp786 determines that a bet was accepted at an incorrect price due to a human or technical error, xp786 reserves the right to void the bet or correct the odds to the proper market price, at its sole discretion. This applies regardless of whether the event has settled. xp786 will act reasonably in applying this provision and will notify affected players.

5.5 In-Play (Live) Betting

In-play betting markets on xp786 are offered subject to a delay between observed events and bet acceptance to maintain market integrity. xp786 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time. Players must not use automated tools, data feeds, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over xp786's in-play odds.

5.6 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket markets on xp786: a match must reach its minimum completion threshold (as defined per format and competition) for pre-match and in-play bets to stand. For T20 matches, a minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed unless weather or other interruptions apply Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method. 6. Casino Rules

• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
• xp786 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• xp786 determines that continued operation of your account presents unacceptable risk or legal exposure.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, xp786 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, all eligible funds will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 working days. Bonus funds are not returnable on account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting xp786 support. Voluntary closure takes effect within 24 hours and all withdrawable funds will be returned to your registered payment method.

11. Liability Limitations
